Jace Parker
Founder & CEO
I have spent the past 6.5 years working my way up from a student coach intern to Director of Recruiting & Player Personnel, and created a network ranging across the FBS, FCS and Division 2 levels.
While working for the Oregon Ducks as a Defensive Student Assistant Coach and Quality Control Analyst, I gained extensive knowledge of how coaches evaluate prospects, in particular, the expedited timeline with which the programs at the top of the Power 4 level operate.
During my season at CSU-Pueblo as Special Teams Coordinator, I added many of the specialist coaches & trainers to my network and was in charge of recruiting the California and Kansas JUCO’s, which allowed me to develop my network and connections to the JUCO level.
Most recently, I spent the past 2.5 years directing the recruiting and personnel department for the University of Nevada. I have developed a wealth of knowledge pertaining to the NCAA certification & eligibility processes and how prospective student-athletes can ensure they’re tracking to be a full qualifier. I worked with our recruits & commits and their families through the entire recruitment process. I also played an instrumental role in helping our signees get adjusted to campus and helped them through each step of the on-boarding & clearance processes. I was also the lead NFL Liaison and operated 3 Pro Day combines for our exhausted eligibility student-athletes and developed a network of relationships with NFL scouts.
I am looking forward to utilizing my personal & professional experiences to help young adults of all fitness levels and aspiring student-athletes reach their goals. Schedule a FREE consultation with me and let’s GET to WORK!
my fitness journey

Sports and physical activity have always been part of my life and routine. From playing several sports through high school, to remaining active through intramural sports and lifting weights in college, I maintained a consistent level of activity & fitness through college. It was following my college graduation, however, that I stopped going to the gym and continued several bad eating habits that lead me down a path resulting in the worse physical shape of my life.
In just a matter of months, with a lack of physical discipline and poor eating habits, I managed to find myself heading down a dangerous path.
In February 2020, I made a commitment to drastically change my habits and pursue fitness goals that I knew I needed to reach in order to live physically comfortable again.
My first workout back was an incredibly humbling experience. I set out to run 2 miles and was shocked to find out I was so out of shape that I could barely make it 1 mile from my apartment.
I remained committed to getting back control of my physical fitness and I made short-term goals that I knew would help me achieve my long-term goals
Since making my fitness a top priority again, I have utilized numerous methods such as resistance training, cardiovascular training, plyometrics, and dynamic warm-ups to get my health & fitness back to my standard.
I look forward to utilizing my transformation to help others reach their fitness goals. I strongly believe that aligning habits & daily decisions with goal setting is the key to success with any fitness journey!
